Where Tears Find Comfort.

Searching for the light beyond the darkness.

If I showed them my teardrops, Would they gather them like pearls, Store them in jars, labelled with 'Pain' , reminding me, That these trials of mine are not in vain?

Would they trace their path, From my eyes down the cheeks, As each tear holds within itself a secret, Yearning for the peace my soul seeks.

Would they stop them with their gentle caresses, Bringing their flow to a halt, Whispering the words that 'I'm too precious to cry', And that pain isn't always my punishment.

Though I know the heart of humans, Some may try to care and some may not, But they cannot fill the void that sorrow brings, Or lift the burdens that my soul carries.

In their words may lie some relief, But it fades like the morning dew, For true peace comes from the heavens above, And strength is found in Your remembrance, Oh Allah!

When my spirit feels heavy, And my heart begins to break in pieces, I turn to You in silence, Knowing You alone can mend the cracks within.

So, when I show You, Allah, my teardrops, In my quiet, serene prayers, You gather every little tear I shed, With a care beyond compare.

You halt their flow with your limitless Mercy, As the pain feels unbearable to hold, It's when You tell me, To trust in Your Plan.

That these moments of pain, Are part of Your Divine plan, Seeking me to be patient along the way, For every tear that falls I'm being guided to my destination.

You teach me that my struggles, Are nothing but blessings in disguise, Filling me with strength and courage, And opening my eyes to the bigger purpose.

Though I may feel I'm all by myself, I know I'm never on my own, For with each tear that falls below, Your words remind me that:

When My servants ask you ˹O Prophet˺ about Me: 'I am truly near'.

I respond to one's prayer when they call upon Me.

So let them respond ˹with obedience˺ to Me and believe in Me, perhaps they will be guided ˹to the Right Way˺. (Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse 186)
